This Privacy Policy describes how Livora Development Company ("we," "us," or "our"), on behalf of developer XANDER COLLINS, collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Livora mobile application and related services ("Service").

By using Livora, you consent to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

3.1 Information You Provide

• Account details: email, phone number, display name, date of birth, gender, profile photo, bio
• Communications: messages, shared images/videos, and call content you choose to send
• Support inquiries and feedback submitted to our team

3.2 Automatically Collected Data

• Device identifiers (e.g., AAID) for security, fraud prevention, and performance tuning
• Usage logs: features accessed, session length, crash reports, and interaction patterns
• Network data: IP address, device model, OS version, and general connection metadata
• Approximate location (only when you enable location permissions on your device)

3.3 Phone Number

When collected, your phone number is used for verification, account recovery, and essential service alerts. It is encrypted in transit and at rest and is not sold to advertisers.

We may receive limited information from analytics partners, payment processors, or social login providers when you choose to connect those services.

You may limit personalized advertising through Livora settings or your device ad-tracking controls. Non-personalized ads may still appear.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Active account data is retained while your account remains open. After deletion, most profile and communication data is removed within 30 days, except backups or records we must retain for legal, tax, or security reasons (typically up to 5 years where applicable).

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent.
